Hourly rates

Our standard hourly rates apply to any work undertaken outside the agreed scope of a fixed-price quotation.

Fixed-price quotations are prepared using risk-adjusted time estimates, based on the hourly rates set out below. These rates apply from 1 March 2026 and are reviewed annually.

Standard agency delivery

For design, web development and copywriting
£90 per hour

Basic administration

For routine administration and non-technical client support
from £45 per hour

Director and consultancy

For senior strategic input, consultancy and director-level oversight
from £135 per hour

System administration, compliance and data management

For technical platform administration, compliance-related work and structured data handling
from £180 per hour

Out-of-hours and rush work

Work requested outside normal working hours, or requiring expedited turnaround, will be charged at a 50% uplift on the applicable standard rate.
