Triannual supporter engagement magazine

Kidney Research UK will stop at nothing to end kidney disease. As the largest kidney research charity in the UK, they are there to be heard, to make a difference and to change the future.

Adept have been working with Kidney Research UK since 2012 on the development of their supporter magazine, Update. The aim of the magazine is to highlight some of the vital research work the charity is conducting, promote upcoming fundraising events and to feature supporters' and patients' stories.

I did a little dance when I opened the artwork, it’s looking fantastic. Thank you!

How we've helped

Update magazine has developed over the past few years, based on feedback from recipients and our close relationship with the client. Adept have been able to support the different editors of the publication with guidance on how to best approach the design for key articles, to help the magazine fulfil its response rate and financial targets.

In 2020, the introduction of the new Kidney Research UK brand identity gave us an opportunity to completely redesign the magazine, making it an even more engaging and vital tool for the charity.
