Producing our local hospital charity’s impact report

The N&N Hospitals Charity raises money to support patients, families and staff at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospitals Foundation Trust. They are committed to ensuring that every pound raised is invested in their Trust, helping to provide life-saving and ground-breaking equipment, staff development and research.

To raise awareness of the charity’s work, N&N Hospitals Charity were looking to have a new impact report produced. This impact report would celebrate their achievements, share stories, signpost their future strategy, as well as highlight the ongoing support the charity would need in order to continue doing their great work.

How we helped

As our local hospital, this was a cause particularly close to the hearts of everyone at Adept and we were thrilled to assist with the project.

Before starting the design, we offered to help N&N Hospitals Charity with the copywriting and editing of the impact report, to make the information they provided to us more concise. We provided them with a clearly defined pagination plan, drafted the report’s final content, and highlighted the key statistics and images we felt were going to be most appropriate to use in the report.

Results

Once the copy and pagination plan had been signed off by the client, we then used the charity’s new brand guidelines to produce an impact report that was both highly visual, as well as engaging.

The impact report will now be a key document for the charity, demonstrating the hard work that they do, their financial performance for the year, as well as helping to bring the charity’s personality to the forefront of their marketing materials.
